I was interrupted ,had to zip off to the Gallery Stratford to teach a printmaking class.


Never did get a good shot of this piece, meant to represent a barn, so here is the top, followed by the bottom


Gallery 96's next show was Booked Marked held at the local Library. It was a juried show of altered books. Both of mine made it but I don't have a decent picture , so that will have to be added later.
I just finished a piece for the Agnes Jamieson Gallery in Minden. The show is a fibre show and my piece speaks to the fragility of nature, It was a major effort. The bodice of the armour is all snail shells colledted by me and friends both big and small. Some are from my garden, some the Avon River and some from PEI. The bottom part is all appliques fabric, yarn and beads. The show runs until the end of May.
