The Textile Museum is located in Toronto's downtown core, easy to get to on public transit. It's a great place for research and has amazing exhibits. At the moment they have one by artist Kai Chan who is an icon in Canadian fibre arts.

If you are interested in any of these and are going to be in Toronto, it's worth a visit. The images from the museum wouldn't dowload , so you will have to make a visit to the links.
